The next service is an A service due in about 2,000 miles time. The car has no dents whatsoever. The wheels are unmarked as is the leather interior. The vehicle has recently had two new tyres on the rear (OEM Fit) and new brake pads to the rear. It regularly returns 20mpg around town and I've had up to 29mpg on a motorway at sensible speed. Not bad for a 3.2litre.

The car runs and sounds beautiful as you would expect from such a low mileage example. Any inspection welcome. The car cost over £42,000 when new. I've been offered £21,500 as a part exchange, so £22,000 or very near offer secures. Please PM me if you would like any more info.

Looks nice! Does it have a spare wheel in the boot somewhere? Never really thought about it but I've seen a lot of MLs with the optional boot-mounted spare and I'm now wondering if those without have a spare at all (most new MBs come with a compressor or a can of tyre-glue these days!).

With the AMG body package (U49) the rear mounted chrome spare wheel carrier is not an option according to the dealer. I think this is because of the different shaped rear valence. The car has a steel spare fully inflated secured underneath the vehicle behind the rear valence.

That'll be nice and filthy then! Perfect for when you want to change a wheel after puncture!

Something else I never really considered! What does the jack look like for a 4x4 monster with soft-ish suspension and a mile of ride height? :)

I honestly dont know as I have not had to use it or find it! I have been fortunate I think. I always carry one of the aerosol things which inflates a punctured tyre just in case!
