C220 CDI SE Coupe
Hi
This is my first post and want to say hi to everyone.
Bought a 2006 (32,000 miles) C220 CDI SE Coupe (auto) a few months ago and am thinking of taking out a used car warranty. One of the stipulations is that the car must have been serviced according to the manufacturers specifications. The car has been serviced 4 times but the service book shows only the oil has been changed on these intervals. All other boxes ticked as 'no.'
My question is, does anyone know what my last service should have had done? I have looked at the service book and i'm struggling to make sense of it all.

I have noticed Charcoal Filter needs replacing every 2 years
Fuel Filter needs replacing every 4 years
Brake fluid every 2 years
I cant see any notes on Glow Plugs.

Any responses will be greatly appreciated.

There isn't a charcoal filter, but there is a pollen filter which should be changed every 2yrs but won't affect anything else if not changed.
Glow plugs aren't a service item.

None of it is really life or death - even the brake fluid change, not everyone agrees it's really necessary every 2 years. Shouldn't be a problem with warranty if the car has been dealer serviced.

You can check here by putting different ages and mileages in to see what's required, but basically you already have the details: Mercedes-Benz ESS

That's great, thanks for the fast reply
