I recently purchased a 2007 SL350 after my 630i decided, after 84000 BMW maintained miles, enough was enough and ejected a conn rod through the top of the engine block. The SL I have is black with a grey interior which is nice but it has a very light wood trim and this I'm not so keen on.
Does anyone know where I could buy a new trim from and are they easy to replace? Ideally I'd like a piano black trim or dark wood but I've not found anywhere that can supply these (other than someone on eBay who wanted £1,700 for a carbon fibre replacement).
