A miracle has happened! I have a heated seat that you plug into 12v and never had it turned on the way home from work (wondered why it was cold [emoji16])when I turned engine off power was still going to 12v,turned the heat to on (the seat) it went off and the central locking worked,Take it out of the 12v and the central locking doesn’t work! Very strange but for now it’s working (phew) so something to do with the 12vsocket?

That being central locking from the key fob?

Yeah with the heated seat plugged in and turned to ‘on’,there’s no red light on the plug to suggest there’s power going to it ..the central locking works from the key fob.
If I then turn the power to ‘off’ on the seat, the red light on the plug comes on and it won’t lock/unlock from the keyfob.
And if I take the plug out completely it won’t lock/unlock from the keyfob!
I think it’s possessed!

The only thing I can think of that the heater is acting as an antenna??

You might want to check the fuse to the antenna amp, I'm assuming the same amp is used for the radio, it's above the rearview mirror.

On mine,
fuse 19 is radio,
fuse 24 feeds o/h console and sunroof, maybe possible,
fuse 42 is radio again,
fuse 34 is mobile phone / TV booster,

Just a maybe??

Worth a try!
