2011 C Class Saloon Boot Lip Spoiler Help (W204)

The wife is looking to order a new C Class Sport Saloon 2011 facelift model, to replace a 2008 C Class Sport Saloon (early W204 model). The existing car was fitted with a genuine Mercedes boot lip spoiler (in silver to match the paintwork). Does anyone know the current part number so we can also include one on the new car, having looked in the C-Class accessories brochure, we can only find the spoiler in AMG Carbon Fibre finish (B6 603 6544).

Good afternoon.

I think the part number you require is A2047930188. This is for the small boot spoiler for the C Class saloon, it needs to be painted to match the colour of your car though as it comes in primer.

you have to search through it a little:

got to - vehicle accessories inc AMg on the left of the screen.

choose C Class new 204 from the model list

and it is half way through the second page of accessories.

You can also add the part number in google to check if it is the correct one.

Not sure if that refers to the pre face lift cars only as it was added to the catalogue in JUN 2010 well before the facelift in 2011? I wonder if the facelift boot hasn't got more of uplift profile as standard- if this is the case:_

1. The older design may not fit ?
2. May not be necessary?

This says that is was added to the catalogue in March this year, so it may be ok for the facelift and perhaps the boot profile remains unchanged.

Its worth a phone call to clarify as grober states.
