2011 E class estate w212 high beam help

Hi had car in for health check today
and told nsf main beam inoperative .
Can any tell me what type of bulb I need to replace for the main beam (blue dash light).
and notice it quite tricky to access for top.
do you need to remove wheel arch to access it .

My W211 you could access from the back .
If yours isn’t LED complete units , the cars manual will give bulb change instructions .
