Hello all,

My C43 2017 battery went flat, I had to jump start her and then trickle charged her full.

Now my front/rear 360 camera wont work, the sides are both fine!

The rear camera flap operates fine when activating the camera, so no issues there. I had a Google and I saw mention of fuse 417 in the boot, replaced that but didn't help.

Given both the side cameras work and the rear flap is also working, I live on hope that it's just a fuse I need help discovering, seems improbable both cameras got fried...

Any help massively appreciated, as I'm actually trying to sell the car!

Off topic . But I'll ask anyways , does your c43 suffer from front tyres crabbing in the colder weather. ?

Your Picture shows 180 Degree View, is there a 360 Degree View in the Camera Settings?

It probably needs a software update.
Why would me jump starting the car create a need for updating the camera modules? Not sure I understand the logic.

You can see the 360 view clearly on the left? The black bits with the non-working front and back camera is the issue.

They seem to "forget" some data when the battery is disconnected.

Ahhh, I see! That's interesting, and also a pain to have to get it booked in if so.

Have you seen this before?
Yes.

Any decent specialist or dealer can help. FYI we charge £50 for each software update. Dealers are around the £170-£200 mark.

Had a full diagnostic yesterday, nothing really to report other than my battery was stating it was in poor state of charge (vehicle is largely unused presently), so had it on a trickle charge yesterday hoping that today that would eliminate that as a possibility.

The guys also updated my SVS Module for the 360 and recalibrated the cameras, unfortunately that also didn't help, though the module and hardware report no errors.

Going to try replacing the battery as an additional measure, but I'm really stumped otherwise and feel it could only be a random fuse that's indirectly causing it.

Any other ideas?
