203706 BAS and ESP warning

Got this C class in today with BAS and ESP lights on, they do go away but come back.

Most cars it is the Brake light switch, but not on a 203, plenty of reasons for the ESP but not for the BAS

The poor lady has just driven 50 miles round trip to MB Exeter paid them £200 to clear the fault and on the way home she is back to square one.

She hates the car and its going cheap. I hope to get the fault codes later.
Any help would be appreciated

What I am really asking is, is it the ESP that has put the BAS lamp on,or the other way around and it the BAS fault that is putting on the ESP these are all speed signal related.

There is a matrix table in WIS that details the conditions that illuminatate the warning light. Can't get to mine at the moment

Thanks I will take a peep,looking at another thread it could be the brake switch thats built into the servo

I see that the stop lamp switch is detachable from inside the car. does it suffer from the same problems as the others ??????

I certainly have replaced the brake light switch in W203's for the same issue...
