Why not take one from any of the C230K engines that are being dismantled on ebay or try a breakers? It's an M111 engine, the same as in the C180, C200 and 230 cars. Also the same in an SLK.

I very cheekily avoided answering d w124's question because I just picked a small package up that I knew was waiting for me..

And some close-up shots for weld quality etc..

Overall, very pleased! And at a FRACTION of the cost of the official cast iron part or even a CKS stainless one. Just need to get it fitted, hopefully it will require little/no modification to the down pipe

Edit - I think the UK one being sold looks exactly the same as this part, in fact I'd be surprised if there were not the same thing. Someone will get a bargain on that!
