Just one problem with that, they won't get an XE up to 240bhp on QED 420 cams. If it's well screwed together, it's got a first class inlet and exhaust (and that exhaust is going to struggle with those primaries, mind you, it says it's Tony Law and he's one of the best) then you'll get a max of 220bhp. 
I would suggest a pinch of salt or a dyno run! Nice spec though and I'm sure it goes very well.
