245/30/19 on a W203

I'm looking to buy some Brabus VI replica's for my W203 C270 CDI. The wheels are 245/30/19

Will these fit straight on and would it look like the car is on stilts?

I have the avantgarde model so the suspension is a tad bit lower.

I think it will look raised. Best fit them - see wat it looks like - and if you think the car looks like its on stilts - have it lowered. Of course you will have to accept that your ride quality will be very firm!
