Hi all, I'm in the market for a 280/350 SLK with a budget of about £8/9000
The only extra that is a must is airscarf.
Black is a no no for exterior colour as is blue or red for the interior colour.
Service history obviously important as is mileage.
I'm on the Yorkshire Coast.
If you know of a good car or have one to sell please let me know.
I travelled to Lincoln yesterday, 150 mile round trip to a Mercedes specialist to view a 350SLK described as "Flawless"...........they obviously hadnt seen the big scratch across the bonnet, numerous small scratches, bald rear tyre and the damp carpet in the boot and water in the spare wheel well..............I didnt even bother taking it for a test run.
