300ce/M103 coolant options

Hi folks
I am about to replace the coolant in my 1990 300ce (m103) hoping to draw from your previous experience to what works best ?

My car (2006 W203) came with MB 15-Years long life coolant.

I recently replaced the thermostat and was very pleasantly surprised to see no deposits or sediment whatsoever on the original (10-yaers old...) thermostat.

Based on that I can strongly recommend MB 15-Years long life coolant.

However, as you car is older, I would check that there is no issue with regards to the compatibility of the older cooling system's seals with the new fluid - perhaps someone else can advise.
