The issue is if you try and enforce it with eBay. They tend not to want to get involved. I have sold several items only for the buyer to then start to try and haggle or simply just not pay. Not once has eBay enforced the contract. This is probably why this seller has used the wording that he has. Fed up with time waters.

On ebay car bids are not binding & you always have the option of walking away.
