Actually I have to say I'd assumed they'd butchered an original.

Is this a ground up new build?

OK, I may have to bow down here on my "built from scratch" claim.
I may have mis-read "Fully rebuilt by HWA" in the carcity.com.hk advert.

I also didn't see the year as 1954 on the Car City site, however I found yet another advert for it which claims it's a 2000 car.

A couple of other things I've noticed is that the wing mirrors are different and I understand the fuel filler cap is in the wrong place for an original??
I would hesitate then it could have been a ground up restoration?

Whether it was a butchered original or not, I'd still have it hehe
