I have a question regarding the Auto box and 'sport' mode.
2015 A Class with 25K miles. I've had the car for just under 3 months and it's been fine up until about a week ago. Now when I select sport mode the red 'S' shows up on the dash and the screen shows the diagram of the car and the change in drive mode but sport mode doesn't actually kick in. Steering stays the same, gear changes stay the same too. Previously when changing into sport the car would shift down a gear and the steering would firm up, now nothing happens. If I come to a complete stop then I can occasionally get it into sport then but it's intermittent, it works when it wants.
I've got a MB extended warranty and service plan and I will be speaking to the dealership tomorrow. Has anyone heard of this before? I've googled it and not found anything.
