1) A set of lowering springs - preferably 50mm but 40-60mm are fine, in good condition (not too many miles)

2) uprated shocks - will pay up to £150 for front and back, preferably for lowering, needs to be stiff!

3) aerial motor and aerial - any lying around?

4) body kit? - I quite like the Rieger stuff but I like it subtle - A rear bumper with skirt, sideskirts and a standard front bumper ?

5) 'euro' style front and rear lights

6) alloys - 5x112 et 34-42 - as cheap as possible!!!!

7) grille

8) rear boot spoiler - good condition, no fibreglass jobby.

9) backbox for c180

And 10) would anyone happen to know if its easy enough to get away with german pressed plates on mercedes nowadays?

Whats the details about the c43 shocks? I'm not all too clued up with mercedes goods, I was going to get a set of Gmax shocks until i could afford a set of bilsteins.

Dont buy the Gmax. They are awful. A C43 is a AMG 202

they are, but im on a budget! Erm, about these c43 shocks, are they so called 'uprated' shocks or are they standard? I think ive got my eyes on a set of 50mm lowering springs for just under £300, just want to make sure the shocks are stiff and handles nicely? oh, and how much?

You can have them all for £50 as they are used. New they are £175 ish each

They are for an AMG so they should be much stiffer than a standard 202 C180.

Besides C36 kits or rather parts of them come up quite regularly on ebay if you search. There was a white C36 rear bumper on sale quite recently in the classifieds section.

Yeah, I totally agree with the rest of the body kit from Rieger. They are quite 'ott'. I do quite like a skirt though on the rear bumper, as the oem standard one on mine now looks a bit 'puny'
Oh right, I'll make sure i keep a close eye on the c36 stuff then
