hi all.
as part of our modernisation of the s430 we will be looking to do something with dvd's etc. To explain - we had a Lexus 4x4 with proper headrest 2x av input screens with a dvd and ps2 converter. Sold that car (thank God), bought the s430 and an ML500 with an Alpine dropdown and 6xdvd fitted however I suspect we'll want to use the w220 for European trips.
Not sure how to approach it - dont want to spend £2k+ on a proper installation but I hate the idea pf the velcro'd on remote stuff. Am pretty handy, can change an engine and g'box no bother so looking (at least in part) to install something myself.
I did a search to no avail, would love some pointers, not sure about 2x headrests vs a single central mount (near armrest as car has a sunroof). Have "in stock" a spare new dvd player although its just a "Directed" one, was an unused spare for the Lexus. No idea where to mount the player though, for a start.

Also, who is best for an up-to-date Nav disc for ours (its a 2000my disc) and how much should I pay?
