A7 service overdue wont reset.

Another icarsoft one for the experts.
Changed my oil and filter today.
Very simple job, plugged in icarsoft and reset the oil change milage, oil type and days left, all OK.
But then I see "A7 service -450 days overdue"
Nothing I tried would reset it, icarsoft telling me there was a problem?

Still living and learning!
After throwing my toys out of the pram, because now I have an A7 service overdue warning, at every start up. I thought a cup of tea might be needed. So I started again. This time, i didn't press the buttons so fast, I gave it a bit of time to sort itself out.
I could hear the car clicking and whirring away!
I again, reset the service history, and 'Boom'
Everything worked. No warnings.
