Advice for buying a 1990's SL

I am looking to purchase a 300/320SL I would appreciate advice on what to look out for and a fair guide price for the car in the UK

I know of one for sale what sort of age/ money are looking to spend?

Age would be around mid 1990's and price around 6K max. Though I can be flexible for the right car

Let me find out what age and price it is, I know it's higher milage 300sl resprayed in designo mystic blue.
