Will MB still look at my spring perches and crossmember without full MB service history ?

They shoud - they did for me without FMBH
I think the safety/structural warranty is up to ten years but not sure if thats official - no harm in asking though.

They will look at them alright. Yep thats a spring and a crossmember sir.
Seriously it is worth a punt; might be easier to get your local MOT place to take a look first; did you check to see if there were any advisories on the last MOT?

I took it in to MB York for an inspection today, I'm pleased to say it got a clean bill of health other than anti roll bar bushes and rear hub carrier bush
and NO rust:bannana:
