advice please

anyone know if or where the CD changer cable is located in a 1998 e300 TD estate. Any advice is more than welcome. Mercedes "special" Cassette/tuner head fitted as standard, I want to ft a cd changer but don't know if there was a cable pre installed from the head to the boot. Also if I need to get the head out , how do I do that
