All my tyres slashed!

I got out this morning to find all my tyres stabed/slashed!!

4 virtual brand new Wintrac slashed!! Fcuking Barstewards!!!

Before anyone ask? I get on well with all my neighbours and didn't have any arguments with anyone else!!

Now I am not sure I dare to put my original Merc alloy and tyres back on, but I have to!!

Defintely CCTV now.

none of my neighbours has cctv, no one else suffered any damage but me!
Still scratching my head for the reason, no arguments, no road rage..

The name Salford would have send shivers down most people, but I do live in a very nice part of Salford, if the borderline drawn several hundred yards more, I would have been in Prestwich! So its no, I don't live in a rough neighbourhood.

Speaking with our local police a few years back I was rather surprised to discover that some of the local areas I would have thought were the quieter ones were in fact the troublespots for vandalism and general mischief.

Just had a quote, a new set of tyres £700!! Those Wintracs barely done 1700 miles!!

Insurance claim?

Even though I have no claim protection, but with my excess of £250, I am effectively only claiming for a few hundred quid, so I am not going to.

As for the winter tyres, hopefully I dont need them until next year, and I would probably fit some cheap ones instead.

Unless something happens again tonight, this time with original Merc MO tyres!!

I am having CCTV people coming for a install tomorrow, with the option to upgrade to full monitoring for £350 annual fee, and a small PA to tell those diseases to F*** Off!!

You need to ensure the cameras are good enough to identify the numbnuts who rock up outside your house.

The may not prove useful given numbnuts wear hoodies and cover their mouths hanging open.

Thanks , don't really expect the cameras to be able to identify anyone really, I think we all know those scumbags wear hoodies and caps to hide their faces, but I am hoping it'll act as a deterrent.

Anyway, I'll try to clear my garage out to make room for my Merc.
