This really annoys me - especially seeing as it smacks of the monopoly eBay have created by buying Paypal.

Most companies pass on surcharges for credit cards etc - why should it be against the rules to pass on Paypal's charges?

Simple thing is for everyone to stop accepting Paypal payments - see how they like that.
