AMG Private Lounge.............is it screwed again?

Just tried logging in to the PL after a couple of months hiatus and it wants my "Mercedes Me" ID and password which appears to be my email address and password I used to use?

I entered my email and password and got an error message telling me it could not link me into the site.

Now, I don't want any part of the Mercedes Me application at all and just want to log in and enjoy the bulletin board again so is the problem at their end or do I now need to forget it exists unless I get a Mercedes Me ID..............which I won't be doing.

I have an ME ID and it still won't let me in so I doubt that it's just you.

Site's been a mess since they "upgraded" it the last time.

Hope the people responsible for it don't do the software in the cars as well...

Just email them. They replied to me in under 10mins and I was back in.

To be honest I'm not over bothered any more.

I only ever went there for the UK section regarding meetings but since they messed with the site it's been dead over there. I much prefer here anyway as I know more people, so not a great loss to me. Having said that, I see that they now have a notice on the front page saying it will be down for about an hour.

Down for over 3 hours now. Don't recall any downtime on the old site.

I had issues getting logged on too.
I emailed them and they eventually sent me code to use.

But the site is still screwy.
I don’t bother with it much now because of this.

Finally got back in and the lack of input from our part of the world is clear

Guess I'll leave it a while again and see if it improves over time.
