Well its finally outside my house having left work at 3 and driven to Sheffield for it - and I'm a veeeeeeeeeeery happy bunny :)

Rather than post the ad pics I'll drop a link in for you

Ebay link

Its not black, its a nice dark gunmetal, wheels are mint, arches are mint, full S/H, factory fitted alarm, and as an extra bonus it has working cruise control that wasnt even mentioned!
Engine starts on the button from stone cold, its quiet and super smooth as is the gearbox.

Passengers door card is just starting to come away, NSR window is tempremental but it works, It has a few tiny stone chips, and 1 or 2 miniscule "trolley dinks" in the 2 rear doors, bit its also 500% better than any other one I looked at. Over 200 miles home and on a lot less than 1/2 a tank

Very very happy and I'm going to take it to Santa Pod tomorrow for a quick shakedown and get a few baseline times for it before thinking about fitting a 3.0 24v and some turbos :)

Real pics to follow and the car and myself should be at the GTG on Sunday

Sounds good,

Looks clean in the pictures but I bet you get it even better, keep the pictures coming

Hi Mark,

Good stuff - I'm glad it's what you hoped it was :)

The colour btw is '199', Blue-Black Metallic. Same colour as my two 2.5-16s, looks fantastic when it's polished up!

How about a V8 with some DTM bodywork?! :D.

I may be interested in your old engine Mark, as I have a 190 2.0 with a manual box sitting on my drive.
A local policeman wants it though, so I'll have to wait and see if he stumps up £350 first.;)

Good luck!

Should be . . . . interesting to say the least!

450bhp in a 190!

Regards,

KJ

Looks good.

Velour is very rare - cost about the same as leather & consequently hardly ever ordered.

"Climate control" - is that AC or vents & a blower?
