Diamond cut, so a refurb could mean having them powder coated, as I did with mine.

They are a lovely looking wheel IMO.

As 17" they are a bargain, assuming they run true.

Thats what I was thinking! I bought them to put on my eclass whilst my sport rims were getting refurbed but unsure whether to get these painted to sell on or just sell as is
