Just recieved another Ebay "please confirm your details" email.....

Looks very real, except that the whole email is an embedded picture and link, to a non-ebay site (for the techies 210.94.178.232)......

The grammar is wrong once again ......

'If your problems could not be resolved' if it was refering to you filling out their fake form and it still was wrong .... it would read ' If your problems cannot be resolved' .... its talking in the wrong tense.

'For the User Agreement, Section 9, .. blah blah.....' this is not a way to start a sentence  maybe if it started 'As per the User Agreement ....' but its still hopelessly grammatically wrong.....

Look for the smallest grammatical or spelling mistakes and you'll be all right !

But i agree , it is getting better....... presumably most of these emails originate from the Far East etc where English , although spoken widely, is a very hard language to grasp, the grammar and vocabulary and the tenses are subtle and easy to trip up on ...
