This weekend my new car finally arrives and it's time for the CLK to go back. My tenure with it has been a bit of a roller coaster ride and many of the problems I have had have been well documented on this forum. So it's time to say goodbye to the Merc - and goodbye to the forum. I am on too many car forums and as I cannot claim to be a Mercedes enthusiast there seems little point in staying here when I have no liking for the brand.
Please don't think I am here to bash it though, it was a duff car in many ways and just wasn't for me. I want to thank all of the members on here for your help and company over the last couple of years and I wish you the very best of luck with your cars and hope that Merceds continues to give you the sort of cars you like.
Here's the final picture of my baby and I have to admit to a few pangs as it goes, a top down ride through the country on a recent sunny evening showed how it should have been. Here she is, a beauty but a heartbreaker (my contribution to the number plate thread as well )
Cheers guys
