Another Key Fob Issue

Yes a key fob issue on my 2008 clk 350. The lock and unlock work fine but the boot seems to take up to about 10 presses before it releases.... it releases finr from the door button, is this normal or can i fix it ?

On my earlier 202 C class the boot release requires you to press and hold the boot release button down momentarily (at least 1 second).
