Forgive me for pointing out the obvious, but this one isn't an AMG wheel.

An 'AMG' wheel isn't an 'AMG' wheel either, it's an ItalVolanti with an 'AMG' logo on the horn pad.

ItalVolanti made these for 'AMG', branded them with an 'AMG' horn pad & they were then sold for 3 x the money to the 'AMG' label queens!

Change the horn pad & it is identical to an 'AMG' wheel. Likewise, change an 'AMG' horn pad to an ItalVolanti one & it is identical to this.

Absolutely true. It's like an extension of wearing designer label clothing. But as you say, people who want the label are prepared to pay three times as much for it.

(We'll find out today whether there's anyone out there who can afford designer labels these days...)

It would be better if you start the bid at a much lower price and set a reserve,it`ll give you an idea how much people are willing to pay
