Another problem!!! PLEASE HELP!

I've recently noticed a very loud vibrating noise from the rear of the car whilst in 3rd and 4th gear on about 3000 revs. The sound is like a turbine and I'm convinced that its the driveshaft because its supposed to be a common problem?
Please enlighten me if this is a major problem or a simple fix, this car seems to have a new problem every week and I'm getting quite frustrated.

Prolly driveshaft mushroom thingy, sorry cant be more descriptive - very drung LOL

Another thing you can do is to put the car in neutral when at cruising speed, and see whether noise subsides. If the noise goes away, then it's probably not the diff since there's no drive/power through it -- at least this is what George Fraser mechanic did.
