Hello all.
My 124 used to start with the first turn of the key but about 3 days ago it is struggling to fire up. First she didn't want to start when warm but now she's also mucking about first thing in the morning. The starter motor is turning but only after a while she gets going.
Once she runs she's fine and dandy .
I fitted a new distributed cap and new leads in June this year , which I got from euro cp but a colleague of mine said he never gets leads from there because he doesn't rate them highly /-:
I also found a vacuum tube that runs under the air filter that was in a pretty bad state and I replaced that.
What should I check next? Could it be the coil?
Any advice hints or tips are greatly appreciated (-:
