Sorry guys, i'm going to have to ask what seems to be a common question.

I'm not going to lie, when it comes to wheels, trying to work out which wheels will fit my car is witchcraft. :wallbash:

In my defence this is my first MB after 15 years of VW ownership so i'm a little confused as to which wheels will fit my 2012 C220.

My current wheels are 18" AMG wheels
225/40/18 - (ET-50)Front
255/35/18 - (ET-54)Rear

So a "safe" tyre is 205/55/16 ET-43 on a 7J wheel, be that steel or alloy.

Would these from a 2013 A Class fit? Winter Tyres and Alloy Wheels Suitable for Mercedes A-class 2013 onwards | eBay

As suggested, it's best to check your owners manual. It will tell you which size wheels and tyres to fit. They're often narrower than summer tyres.

I hadn't actually given any thought to checking the user manual. Thanks gents :)

I clean forgot i had been bidding on a set of 17" wheels from a 07 C220 which i won last night. Using the online tyre fitment calculator there will be 13mm additional Poke on a ET37 offset.

Personally i don't think this i going be a problem but thought i would ask the question first before handing over the cash.
