Any codiing expert near Milton Keynes?

Anyone know of anyone that can sort the following out for me on my W169 A200:

1) Enable the phone stuff so my Fiscon bluetooth shows up on the display
2) Do the UK mode deletion so that I can show temp instead of km/h
3) Enable anything else that can be enabled

I popped into Auto Class in Milton Keynes this morning and they were unwilling to do the UK mode deletion, told me it wasnt possible.

So any other suggestions would be appreciated.
