Any idea what this squiggle is please?

First post and it's a request for help please.

I have this weird squiggle on my display. Does anybody have any idea what it is and how to remove it please?

LCD leak by the looks of it...

Could be LCD leak, but it's a different colour to the rest of the display. Thanks for the response.

Dead pixels in the display unfortunately! Had that on my climate panel, so it's either a replacement unit or replacement display!
