Any Sunday Cleans?

Sadly now so many use car washes, there's less people outside on a Sunday washing their cars. Like I seem to recall as a kid. Anyone been outside giving their car a wash?

I gave the E a once over. It had done probably 500 miles since the last wash and as, well a bit dirty I suppose....

How dare this leaf cling on!!

Pre-wash with this stuff. Recommended by Ed at Divine Detail a few years back and stuck with it ever since.

Washed, dried and given a coat of Dodo Juice Red Mist. Sits quite nicely on the Poorboys Natty's Paste Wax.

Anyone outside on this lovely sunny day? Should be making the most of the last of the warm weather.

I have to admit I’ve stopped doing this myself lately, due to sheer laziness.

Just booked a detailer to come round on Saturday and sort out my two with a DA & coating.

Went out to a cars and coffee meet this morning. It was that heavy damp mist when I set off but it soon cleared up. It then rained a little, only for a few minutes but enough to make a mess of the car so I had a couple of hours with it when I got back in.

No washing, just a good wipe down with plenty of QD to get it nice and shiny again.

I gave my Van a wash, no photos, was too dark outside when finished anyway. I used to go to carwashes once in a while, but since I started using the rainwater from a butt it's much easier - no spots

Weather wasn't great up here yesterday but mine was already clean so it just gor a dry down with a wipe. It's plastered in that nano diamond 9H Ceramic coating (wheels and all) so rarely gets that dirty these days. Dirt doesn't dare land on it!

I always clean my own car although it's more like 5am washing than a sunday these days that being said i done my better halfs yesterday
