Yes they do look complete, ie they have the calipers, the caliper carrier, the bearing, hub, the discs, the hose & pad wear/ABS sensors (although these latter three are not fully shown, so hard to know if they are complete, or if the ends have been cut, but your existing ones should do anyway) & presumably the pads, although these may well need replacing along with the discs
They should fit your car, if it has 17" wheels or bigger (so I believe, according to info on forum). If you do get them, you will need a 17" hub on the spare wheel also!
I have recenly purchased the same(fitting tomorrow as it happens, if all goes well at garage), although discs were in better condition & they still had all the control arms, plus shocks/coils attached, but my calipers needed a lot of cleaning up- these ones look nice & clean; surprising considering the disc condition.
