This weekend, with the aid of some coffee, pliers, and a healthy supply of four letter words I intend to fit COMAND to my 2001 W208.
Consequently, I'll have spare an Audio 10 Radio Cassette, which works perfectly. This is a single DIN size, so would fit W202s, W124s, W210s and W201s, and probably a few others. It is CANBUS enabled and can control the factory fitted Mercedes Benz (Alpine) CD changer.
Also included will the the radio code card, and a pristine instruction manual in English. Its a good unit, and to my mind infinitely preferable to the 'yoof' radios for sale in Halfords and suchlike.
