Audio 20 - Silly question

Sorry for this silly question.

My steering wheel used to be able to select the radio station memory. But now, it only selects the frequency instead. Any idea?

i.e

Before, pressing the up and down arrow will select memory 1, memory 2...etc

Now, pressing up and down arrow changes the frequency...

In the menu if you have Comand you should be able to select frequency or station

If you dont have Comand you can change it in the settings menu in the cluster.

I can't find frequency or station in cluster.

What is command by the way?

Page through the menus until you see Settings. scroll through settings until you see Radio select station

I have tried resetting to factory setting but still no joy. Any other ideas?

Comand is the navigation system with the large screen in the center if you have it fitted

I tried everything and went through the whole owners menu and no mention of it.

Audio 20.

Under Instrument cluster, only have the following

select temp display
select speed and total distance
select language
select display

Could this be that the cars computer is confused in knowing whats in the car, and would STAR help

No, it's a simple fix I saw/read it only the other day...

Go to Settings
Select Vehicle menu
use up and down arrows to go to audio search function
use + or - to select frequency or memory.

Memory will move up and down between your pre set stations
Frequency will move up and down to next available station
