audio 20 system

I have a sat nav button on this system but it don't show any maps is it just a case of buying a disc for it or don't this system have Sat nav

You'll need to buy the Becker nav cartridge, which should go in the glovebox

What year is your car? My son's Audio 20 in his 2014 A-class and 2012 C-class uses a Becker unit which has a slot in the glove box. See if you have a slot, pardoning the obvious euphemisms.

The car is 2012but it seems that it's not pre wired .to take a box

All I have in glove box is a usb port ,how much would it cost for this cradle to be fitted.

I find it strange you car doesn't have it Mercedes-Benz Accessories GmbH - C-Class Coupé - Becker® MAP PILOT and http://www.mybecker.com/enUK/hauptnavigation/becker-map-pilot/ueberblick/
Are you sure it isn't mounted to the underside of the inside top of the glove box as it is a standard fit on the C204 from 06/2011? You may have to do some research to see if the factory fitting kit can be bought…..it is only a cradle with a male plug in it so I don't know if a cable exists that can be plugged in without the cradle.
