I am swapping over my audio 20 to a comand ntg2.5, and have been sent the wiring conversion by comandonline, however I am having trouble identifying what some of the wires are and where they connect to.
Can anybody assist?
My car is a w211 with phone prewiring.
Thanks

BTW, the long lead goes to the microphone connector.

The 6 pin black connector plugs into the connector above the mirror (the microphones are in the mirror, so there is a microphone plug and a lighting/dimming plug coming out of the mirror.

The other end plugs into the big quadlock, but you have to remove the white one that is in there and move the blue wire in there from that to the same position on the microphone cabe that you are then plug in its location.

You remove the blue wire by sliding off the white shell, and using a paperclip to release the wire from the little hole in the side (where a barb in the metal contact is holding it in place). Slide the blue wire into the new connector (with the white shell off, it acts as an extra lock) and it will click into place.
