Just got my car back from these guys as it had to go in for an MOT and also I wanted the SRS light that had come on checking out. They have the full Mercedes diagnostics kit and charge a reasonable £45/hour (including any work required for that first hour). Cheaper than MD prices. They did everything asked, MOT'd it (actually subbed out to a place over the road) and ran a diagnostic check which cancelled the light, and then gave it a a wee road test. It's not come back on yet, the best part is, they never charged me for the testing, just the MOT.
Very helpful, all with plenty of Mercedes experience, kept me informed of what was happening and won't proceed with additional work unless you ask them too. Recommended.
