Just wondering if anyone here manage to negotiate Aviva's futuristic automated voice recognition telephone system?
Unfortunately it does not understand me, I have to keep talking to it while it claims it does not understand, until it times-out - apparently after a set time (around 10 minutes or so) the system is configured to try and transfer you to a live person, but somehow fails and I get disconnected.
My problem is that me renewal says I have the optional 'Personal Injury Cover' - when I check the 'help' button on the online renewal forum, it basically says that the details are included in the policy booklet. But the policy booklet does not say anything about optional personal injury cover....
I am tempted to just leave it there - it probably does not cost that much anyway, and I have been going around in circles for the past two hours...
