B class bumper compatibility

Anyone know whether the facelift front bumper is compatible with pre face lift models? I have asked the dealer who was uninterested and said "yeah probably will fit as everything else is the same" but not particularly reassuring.

Looking at the pictures I would say its a straight swap. however the brackets holding them may differ in which case you would need to order the facelift ones aswell.

Also the wiring/plugs maybe different on the foglights.

You need to check what changes were made to the front end. For example in the W169 post facelift as well as a new design bumper the headlight was changed slightly and the front grill so the bumper wouldnt be a straight swap.

Quick google search suggests the front end changes on the W245 facelift were: hood, radiator grille and bumper
