Hi,

I'm pretty new to this imminent B service on my W203 C220CDi but am curious about one thing. When they actually reset the on-board computer to confirm service has been done, do they actually push the buttons on the steering wheel to re-set, or do they dwell into the engine ECU box to do it?? Do they actually do anything to the ECU box during servicing?

you can reset it your self -via certain buttons and ignition on/off - it's all in your manual.
