Back into the MB fold with Audio 20 Question

Having deserted the MB fold (long and expensive story but involved a Jag) I'm now taking delivery of a 2006 W209 200CLK - it has Audio 20 but has not been pre-wired for a phone (i.e. there is no phone socket etc in the armrest!) I would like bluetooth! The options are I suppose - Parrot (but will it integrate into the S/W controls?): Fiscon; or retrofit Comand (in ascending order of cost) could those who have retrofitted give me their opinions!

much, much cheaper & easier to fit an after-market head unit. £110 will get you a good unit with bluetooth, ipod control and USB connection.

Does this fit precisely to replace the audio 20 ? Would you need any other connectors to work with the steering wheel controls also ?
