Battery Drain Problem

Hi I have a facelift E220 W124 and there seems to be something draining the battery. Someone has preplaced the radio in the past and Iwonder if this could be the cause of the problem?
Any ideas as to how to test for the source of the problem?
I have fitted a new battery as it was needed anyway.

Yep, if you don't already have a multimeter that includes display/measuring unit... with multimeter you'll have better measuring accuracy if needed (I doubt that Maplin has several measuring zones).

GTC CT6100 Fuse Socket Connector Kit : Amazon.com : Automotive could also be sometimes useful.

Thanks for ideas, wonder if retrofit radio could be causing it?
Where and how is the best way to isolate the current drain and wher to test?

if u think its the radio take the fuse out and then test the leakage current to earth

Do you have memory seats? I thought my Comand was draining the battery but it ended up being a faulty permanet live feed to the memory seats.
