Trying to update my Becker 'capsule', with the help of my much more 'tech' minded Son, we managed, somehow, to 'lose' all European maps! Try as we might, we can't connect to Becker 'Harman Kardon' etc. so my navigations system is now useless!! I've reverted to my trusty, 15 year old Garmin, which I have managed to update but wonder if some clever people on here can suggest how I can get the 'in car' system working again, please.

Unfortunately Becker no longer support Map Pilot. There may be someone on here that has a work round.

Is this the SD card , plug n play set up ??

Why not replace the Becker Map Pilot with an Apple CarPlay and Android Auto device?

Here's an example - other sellers are available:

(I am not familiar with this particular make, just Googled it)

I'd be inclined to look for a car audio specialist near you and ask if they can help - got to be worth a try before you look at replacing the whole unit .

I know of a good place close to me , but I'm in Scotland , so that one isn't much use to you .

Perhaps also worth looking on the internet to see if there's a users group of suchlike - you can't be the only person ever to have had this issue .
