Belated Hello From an Old New Member

Hi everyone,

I've actually been a member for ages, and only tonight realised I don't seem to have posted an introduction.

I live in a lovely sleepy village near Eastbourne and currently drive a 2003 Range Rover 4.4 petrol. I confess I have never owned a Mercedes, but the reason I hang around on this forum is to learn as much as I can about my likely next acquisition - an E55 estate - and the W211 generally.

I originally joined to read-up on the joys of owning a W210, but sadly it lost out to the Range Rover.

Owning four dogs rules out the S500 or a well run-in Bentley Arnage . . . but I might not own dogs forever!

So many tempting cars, so little time
